Working alongside legal teams, a restructuring firm, a federal agency, the board of directors, and a complex creditor committee, Jessica helped steer the company away from liquidation. Instead, she led the design and execution of a successful asset sale and reorganization—forming a new entity to preserve operations, value, and mission.
